Oftentimes someone finds themselves in a tight financial situation – especially as a family -, but they feel the deep call to join the experience of a Wild Moon. For this case, we want to offer support.

If this is you, we have a list of suggestions of how to take charge to make it happen (see below).

If you are a person who has a bit of money to spare, and would love to support someone else, you can donate. any amount, no matter how small, is welcome.

Ways to put up the money for the Wildmoon

  1. Erasmus for students
    it may be possible, if you are a student at a university, to be doing the Wildmoon through Erasmus program for students.
  2. sell old/unused stuff
    Find old or unused things lying around not in use and sell them on the internet. If you’re good at it, you can even look for things on fleamarkets for a low price that you know you could sell for more online or that you could refurbish and then sell.
  3. support from friends or family
    Ask friends or family for supporting you in this experience that will have a deep impact on your life or set up a gofundme page (or whatever other platform you want to choose for this situation). We would be happy to also share your page with our e-mail list, because there might be people who get it, why you want to do this, and who are happy to contribute.
  4. our referral program
    We have a referral program where you receive 5% rebate for every person that signs up through your recommendation. depending on which amount they choose to pay (2.000€ – 3.000€), this is 100-150€. so if you bring in 5 more people, you would only pay 1. 500 or even only 1.250€ depending on what they pay for their tuition.
  5. donation pot
    We also have a small pot of donations from other people, that is intended for situations like yours. The amount we can offer depends on how much is donated, and who else signs up and also needs support, because we want to distribute it fairly. You will however have to wait until the sign-up end date until we can tell you how much we can reduce your tuition for.
  6. work trade
    We are also open to a work trade, in case you bring skills that would greatly help us in the preparation, organization or work after the Wild Moon. So if you think you might be able to contribute, please let us know what you can do and we can talk about it.
